میلینگ ماشین همهفنحریف برای تراش خشک و مرطوب بلوک و دیسک در لابراتوار S5 یک دستگاه میلینگ دندانپزشکی چندمنظوره است. این دستگاه دارای ۵ محور همزمان،چنجر خودکار برای ۸ دیسک/بلنک بوده و برای ماشینکاری خشک و مرطوب طراحی شده است.
با افزودن ماژول تراش مرطوب (اختیاری) میتوانید تمام انواع رایج سرامیکها(Glass Ceramic) را نیز تراش دهید.

بهرهوری و راحتی بیشتر پنج محور فعال همزمان
S5 دارای سه یونایزر (Ionizer) داخلی است که بار الکتریکی تراشههای مواد پلاستیکی مانند PMMA را خنثی میکنند.
این ویژگی باعث میشود تراشهها در محفظه نچسبند و زمان تمیزکاری بسیار کاهش یابد.
نازلهای هوای یونیزهشده، هوا را در محفظه کاری پخش میکنند و کیفیت نتایج را بالا میبرند.
محور دوم چرخشی (محور B) با زاویه ۳۰± درجه امکان فرزکاری دقیق نواحی Under-cut و موارد پیچیده را فراهم میکند.
گزینه تراش مرطوب
نازلهای مخصوص روی اسپیندل نصب شدهاند تا هنگام سنگزنی، ابزار را خنک کنند.
با این ماژول میتوانید مواد حساس مانند گلس سرامیک را با کیفیت بالا سنگزنی کنید.
تنوعی که ارزشش را ثابت میکند
بهدلیل rigidity (سفتی و پایداری بالای شاسی) و اسپیندل قدرتمند، میتوانید فلزات را نیز ماشینکاری کنید.
با افزودن ماژول تراش مرطوب، S5 برای تراش خیس گلس سرامیک ها و حتی تیتانیوم نیز مناسب میشود.
به لطف چنجر ۸تایی بلنک/دیسک، دستگاه میتواند بدون توقف کار کند.
بلنکها از طریق یک دریچه کوچک در جلوی دستگاه بارگذاری میشوند و دستگاه در زمان لازم، بهصورت خودکار دیسک یا بلوک صحیح را برای فرزکاری انتخاب میکند.
نتیجه: امکان کار ۲۴ ساعته و بدون حضور اپراتور.
